Sunspot 756
More than five times larger than earth, sunspot 756 is really putting on a solar show. This photograph was taken at 10:15AM, Sunday May 1, 2005 from Monroe by Don Wheeler. (I've really got to get a better camera!) The sunspot is easily visible with the protected naked-eye.
